Welcome To Ground Luminosity
“Ground Luminosity” is derived from the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche. The ground luminous state is the first state of meditation, in which you connect completely to all things. Ground Luminosity offers a space where you can take the first step to bring your body back to a harmonious state.
Curran’s educational background has taken her from the gardens and woods of Pennsylvania to the plants of the vast Pacific Ocean and back again. She has observed life in many ecological settings, which, unfortunately, are deteriorating all around us. She also has seen how modern day society has affected both the body and environment which we live in each day. The body eventually catches up to itself, just like the environment, which is why it’s important to take time to allow the body to fully heal and sustain our health over our lifetime. Her hope is that by bringing more individuals closer to the ground luminous state, they will make better choices about their bodies and the environment.
The human body heals itself at rest, however, most people only experience rest when they are asleep. Learning to relax and make better choices requires training, just as you would train for a marathon. It doesn’t come naturally at first; the first step is putting on your shoes. Ground Luminosity trains you to make simple, quiet choices that you can sustain for the long term. The first step is coming in for a visit.
